Fruit and Hemp Seed Brekkie Bowls (Gluten & Dairy Free) Recipe


Serves 2

1 Apple (cored, chopped)

½ Banana (sliced)

1tsp Cinnamon

20 grams Raisins or sultanas

40 grams Hemp Seeds

160 ml Plain Coconut Milk (from the carton)

Divide all the ingredients into bowls. Enjoy!
